Police in Westchester are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a vulnerable missing man who could be in need of medical attention.
The Yonkers Police Department issued an alert for 60-year-old Charles Davis, who is a paranoid schizophrenic who actively hears voices, investigators said.
Davis was last seen in the area of Van Cortlandt Park and was reported missing from his Leighton Avenue residence in Yonkers on Saturday, Aug. 21.
When he was last seen, Davis was wearing a red t-shirt, blue jeans, and black Puma sneakers. He is described as being 6-foot-2 weighing approximately 240 pounds.
Anyone with information regarding Davis’ whereabouts has been asked to contact the Yonkers Police Department by calling (914) 377-7900 or 911.
